Had the home inspection last night. The main house is great, but the garage is about to fall down from the termites and the rot. It looks so pretty from the outside...kind of like some people I know.

I am still buying the house, just got a few more repairs to make...I really love the house. It is so cozy. It is truly a place I can call home. I haven't felt that way about a dwelling for over 10 years. Always felt like I was just visiting and staying in someone elses place. This house is going to be my home.

I can't wait.
