[What am I doing?]

I am putting in an offer on the house next door. It is a crazy thing to do, but why the hell not. I can take a home equity loan for the down payment and a second mortgage and still be able to rent it for more than I am paying for it.

The letter on the front door of the house next door is an "I". The letter on the front door of my house is an "T". Wouldn't it be cool to be able to say, "See these two houses, I own them, and this is "IT". Heehee. I made a funny. Gary would be proud.
